Great location near ski equipment rental and lifts. In-room balcony was a nice touch for fresh air. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Pillows were not comfortable and the noise level was high, especially from neighboring rooms and the hallways.

This hotel is in an amazing area close to the skiing slopes and lifts. the kitchenette in the chalet was very useful. the staff were also very friendly and made us feel at home.
The pillows were not comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was just perfect with a lot of variety and fresh products. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is definitely a plus to have a ski storage right next to the slopes, where you can leave your boots and skis so you don't need to carry them around. The location of the hotel was great with easy access to all the slopes and very close to a ski rental shop. It is also surrounded by restaurants and bars, making it easy to find good food and drinks.
The room was a bit noisy due to people partying until late in the night. Plus, the room was small and the bed was a bit hard.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, with ski rental across the street and the ski lift only a few steps away. The hotel staff made us feel like old friends with their friendly and welcoming attitude. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We really appreciated the convenience of the small shop located in the same building. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to those looking for a great experience.
No negatives. Our stay was incredible, and we had no complaints.
